Jonah Ellis
Jonah has spent his career explaining insurance without hiding behind jargon. He opened BFDLife’s advisory practice so households and small firms could see the same care that large clients expect: a named person, a written reason for every recommendation, and a claims desk that answers.
He still sits in on complex home and business quotations. If a file is unusual, Jonah would rather read it himself than let a template decide. Clients know him for plain summaries and for saying no when a policy would not earn its keep.

Professional experience
Before leading BFDLife, Jonah handled property and liability claims for a mutual insurer and later built an advice team that specialised in family and small-business cover. He measures the company by two numbers he will show you: how quickly a person receives a human reply, and how often a claim decision is explained in writing the first time.
To ask for Jonah by name, use the contact form and choose the matching topic. Mention the name in your message. Cover is still issued only by a schedule, not by a biography.
Our promise is to make complex insurance language readable, to answer claim questions in writing, and to show the price of cover before you commit.
